At Pip & Pod, we support mothers and their babies through the tender and wonderful season of early parenthood.Our creative, wellbeing-focused classes nurture the whole pod - body, mind, and spirit. Whether it's restorative yoga, mindful crafting or simply soaking up the joy of mum-and-baby bonding time, each session is designed to honour a mother’s time, energy and need to be nourished.We bring over 20 years of experience in holding space for learning across diverse groups and ages, with well-being and yogic philosophy at the heart of everything we do.
