Playful Soul Sundays are monthly ongoing community gathering designed to bring people of all ages together through movement, music, dance, play, and connection. We believe play is a radical act of healing and wholeness, a homecoming where hearts open, bodies move, and spirits remember the joy of simply being.Our events are family-friendly and rooted in connection, expression, and co-creation—where kids lead with wonder and adults remember their spark. Here, we come as we are, bringing our joy, our mess, and our magic. Through sound, movement, and shared nourishment, we co-create a rhythm of belonging—healing in joyful communion and lighting up the world we want to live in from the inside out.Our vision is to nurture community through joy and authenticity—because when we play together, we grow together.
