Positive Momentum, LLC is owned by Highland County residents Somers Stephenson and Steve Fullerton. As a member of the Highland County community, our goal is to bring you cutting-edge, optimal health-enhancing, and potentially life-saving information through education and awareness. Through community seminars (and other exciting events) we will aid in empowering you to take charge of your health through education provided by highly respected experts in the health & wellness field in a fun, relaxing, and highly interactive format. We are looking to build a "tribe"--where we can all band together to take charge of our own health, the health of our families and friends, and, the health of our community.Positive Momentum, LLC also provides health and wellness coaching, nutritional counseling, personal training, and nutritional education with a focus on our food system.
