Power to the Kids

The Power to the Kids program raises awareness of mental health issues challenging our kids. Power to Kids has been developed by Dr Annemarie Winters, Dr Nicola Holmes and Greg Williams to help parents and teachers address the problems and pressures of modern-day life faced by our younger generation. The team are creating a community of parents to help provide strategies to cope with the challenges many families are facing. Research shows that a supportive family unit is the key ingredient to better mental health outcomes. We can achieve that by working together as a community to share successful strategies and ideas. The team will share ways to connect with the expert help you need and to build a support network around you by establishing communication and connection in our community.
