Prairie Lakes Healthcare Foundation

The Prairie Lakes Healthcare Foundation exists to raise funds with which to support and advance healthcare services for those in our region through Prairie Lakes Healthcare System. Several funds within the Foundation are available to receive donations: Give Support (Medical Specialty Services), Give Hope (Cancer Center), Give Help (Suzanne Jacobson Memorial Fund), Give Shelter (Caring Club House), Give Comfort (Hospice), Give Strength (Rehabilitation), and Give Tomrrows (General Fund).Gifts given in memorial or honor of someone are greatly apprecited and will be applied to the area of interest specified by the donor. We welcome a conversation regarding listing the Prairie Lakes Healthcare Foundation as a beneifciary of a life insurance or security.
