Professionals Reaching Out to the Community (PROC) Foundation, Incorporated is a 501(c) 3 organization, PROC Foundation, was organized in 1997 for the exclusive purpose of soliciting, managing and disbursing funds to support scholarships and community service programs.The Foundation’s Board of Directors meets quarterly to conduct the business affairs of the organization. The Directors are elected from the Foundation’s membership and serve either a two or three year term. The Foundation’s major fund raiser is its Beautillion, which has been presented annually since 1995.
