QEST (Queensland Education Science Technicians) is a not for profit professional incorporation for science technicians in Queensland. Members include both state and private science technicians working in secondary and tertiary institutions as well as interstate colleagues.QEST aims to provide resources, support and training for Queensland science technicians in schools and universities.  To that end QEST produces a quarterly newsletter, organises and hosts an annual conference focused on professional development and offers bursaries and awards to assist members to attend and participate in professional development opportunities that otherwise may not be available to them.
