Hi, I’m Rach, the Teen Whisperer. I specialise in supporting teenage girls and the women raising them to understand their bodies, minds, and emotions, helping them feel more in control, connected, and confident.Through workshops, group programmes, and one-to-one sessions, I teach tools rooted in a “body before mind” approach - focusing on breath, movement, sleep, nutrition, and motivation as foundations for emotional and mental well-being. This isn’t just about managing stress; it’s about thriving.I create spaces where teenage girls feel seen, heard, and valued, helping them navigate challenges, build resilience, and develop self-worth. For women, I offer supportive online and in person communities, fostering connection and shared growth during the often overlooked teenage years.My work transforms stress into self-awareness and disconnection into thriving relationships.
