I am the founder and CEO of RASU Consultancy Ltd and I have over 40 years of experience working in the recruitment industry.During my time in recruitment, I have worked at Director and Senior Management level for several leading high street and independent recruitment agencies such as Blue Arrow, Reed Employment, Crown Personnel, DP Connect and Atlas Employment Agency.I have personally been responsible for helping over 1,000 recruitment owners, from Healthcare. Finance, and Technical Engineering Agencies to more specialised IT and Executive Search Consultancies, increase their sales revenue both here in the UK and Internationally.Over the years in recruitment, I have won several major contracts with organisations such as Guy’s and St Thomas NHS Trust, Barclays Bank, National Children’s Home, Price Watemouse Coopers, National Grid, Peabody Trust, Royal Mail, Unilever, London Ambulance Service, Buckingham Palace, IBM, The Home Office, and many, many more blue-chip companies.I have been a keynote speaker at the Business Startup show at the Excel Centre in London, presenting this unique business opportunity to hundreds of budding entrepreneurs.I have also written several books on the recruitment industry.
