Raven Finley-Flowers is the founder of Confidently Fit LLC, a fitness and sports brand she created in 2019. Passionate about empowering both individuals and athletes through fitness and mental resilience, Raven established the brand to help clients overcome mental and physical barriers, building confidence and strength inside and outside the gym. A former four-time collegiate athlete at Chowan University with a degree in Exercise Science and a coaching minor, Raven has played volleyball, lacrosse, bowling, womans flag football, and competed in track and cross country.
