Eric is a Spokane native graduating from Mead High School then obtaining a Business degree from Washington State University. A second generation Realtor he joined his father's family real estate company in 1994 working along side his brother and sister. During his career Eric was a top producing agent before becoming a Managing Broker where he managed several offices since 2003. Real estate is his passion as exhibited by involvement in local, state and national with the Realtor party with an emphasis on government affairs. He also is a licensed instructor in Washington and Idaho delivering pre-license courses, Fair Housing, CORE and forms continuing education along with technology and best practices training. Eric's passion for the industry is fueled by his father's history of coming from immigrant parents with very little opportunity. He built a successful business for himself and children over 50 years creating generational wealth from investing in real estate. Eric believes that the industry offers anyone with the drive the opportunity to do the same thing for themselves and their families. In his spare time he enjoys visiting national parks with his family, playing beach volleyball and snowboard/skiing at local mountains.
