Rena's Creative Haven

I am a registered social worker with over 20 years of experience and expertise in the human service field. I am currently working with adults in post secondary and have come to realize that adults stop being curious when the start adulting. This further stunts our creativity juice and explorative senses as we delve further on the rat race of life. As a mental health professional and from my own personal experience, I have come to realize that balance is key in this journey through life. As we get busy with the non negotiable demands of life, let's not forget to make room for fun and intentionally create an avenue to replenish ourselves. Although this might look different for each of us, I challenge you to a new adventure. Come join me as we channel our inner chid and paint the world beautiful, one stroke at a time.
