Renee Kathryn coaches and facilitates in a way that brings you back to the heart of who you are. Through embodiment practices and techniques, her focus is on self-intimacy and self-actualisation. Qualified in Hypnotherapy, Breathwork, Human Design, Yoga and a Reiki Master she is an alchemist of energy merging together what is needed to make the invisible, visible. By explaining things in an easy digestible way she helps you understand and accept all parts of self through deep radical empowerment, forgiveness and awareness. Having facilitated over 100 retreats in Bali and currently working as therapist, teacher and lead facilitator at the famous Gaia Retreat in Byron Bay she loves to create the synergy that is needed to restore relationships with self, in couples, family and group dynamics.
