Resonant is a virtual post-grad health and wellness community that encourages, educates, and supports healthful behaviors while connecting young women with each other through socials, workouts, and webinars. It aims to ease the bridge between school and "the real world" while prioritizing your self-care. Resonant focuses its efforts on guiding women towards lifelong relationships with physical activity and their health, based on goals that are supported by science through providing an active community that supports one another and provides opportunities for growth.
