RISE M.D. LLC (Revitalizing Inner Self Essence) is a Black-owned integrative wellness practice where healing meets liberation. We create sacred, empowering spaces for changemakers, helpers, and communities of color to reconnect with their inner wisdom through yoga, energy healing, sound therapy, and mind-body medicine. Our events—ranging from restorative workshops to immersive retreats—blend clinical insight with ancestral traditions to nurture deep transformation.
