RP7 Online LLC

Rosa Park Neves is founder and owner of RP7 Online LLC which was created with a goal of helping make workplaces more inclusive spaces. My pronouns are she/her and they/them.Rosa is a bicultural, working mom, combining a background in Human Resources, Training & Recruitment, with certification as a CAPPA New Parent Educator & CPLL RETAIN Parental Leave Coach, and CAPPA Trained Childbirth Educator to passionately advocate and educate expectant parents, as well as their employers to create a better future centered on Justice, Equity, and Belonging.
