I have been on a journey of personal development most of my lifeI discovered Circling almost a year ago, and I joined an Advanced Leadership Circling training in February 2023. Circling has helped me connect with and accept parts of myself that I had been avoiding my whole life! It has been deeply healing and transformational for me. I am also more present and now connect more easily and naturally with others. My passion for this work comes because of all that it has given meMy professional background is in Corporate IT, Project Management and Training. Today I work as an Executive and Intercultural Coach.I am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation since 202 I am a certified Focusing Guide and Trainer with the Focusing Institute of New York since 2018, and a NARM Informed Professional (NARM is a Trauma Informed approach to healing).
