Lindsey Sparacino is a dedicated educator and wellness professional with over 20 years of experience and a strong commitment to fostering both personal growth and academic success. Holding a Bachelor’s degree with honors (cum de laude), a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, and a Special Education Credential, Lindsey further advanced her expertise by earning a Master’s degree in Special Education.Additionally, she is a Certified Yoga Instructor, a Social Emotional Learning Facilitator, and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).Lindsey is also a Certified Mindfulness Coach, Reiki Master, Certified Special Needs Quality Life Coach, and Independent Facilitator helping families with Self Determination, all of which reflect their holistic approach to supporting individuals’ well-being.Outside of her professional life, Lindsey is an avid runner, hitting the trails daily. She enjoys yoga, hiking, pilates, and strength training, and is passionate about traveling the world to explore new cultures and experiences.With a deep love for teaching and a lifelong learner, Lindsey is an avid reader and writer who enjoys creating and cooking.Above all, Lindsey cherishes spending time with her beautiful family, helping others, and guiding people toward healing and growth.
