Safe4Life Personal Safety Training...More Than Self Defense

Safe4Lifeis an interactive and effective Personal Safety Training Program that was developed by a former city of Calgary Police Officer.  The class is presented by Policing Professionals and highly trained Self Defense Facilitators.  Classes are offered in corporate settings, Police Service Programs, community venues and schools to promote the concepts of personal safety and reduce the number of victims of crime in our community.  The experiential learning components ensure that confidence is established, valuable information is retained and a solid Safety Plan is built.
