Sala'o combines its Cuban roots & seafood with an homage to the honorary Cuban himself, Ernest Hemingway and his book "The Old Man and the Sea". Right here, in a little corner of Miami's popular Calle Ocho, you are transporting yourself to a dimly lit ambiance reminiscent of the early 1950's.
