Salsa Fiesta TnT Limited

"Salsa Fiesta TnT" is an annual event featuring a weekend of instruction from internationally recognized instructors and performers. It includes 50 workshops (for all levels of dancers) and three nights of Latin parties and two nights of dance showcases featuring local and international schools and performers culminating with an International Professional Dance showcase at NAPA.Salsa Fiesta TnT hosted its first international event in 2009 and except for the break for Covid-19 has successfully hosted an international annual event every year since then. It is the only event of its kind in the English-speaking Caribbean region and the longest running International Latin event in the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago. Salsa Fiesta TnT was created to facilitate the development of the Latin dance art forms in the Caribbean to an International level through the hosting of an affordable annual Latin dance congress. The annual congress has created the opportunity for international, regional, and local instructors to demonstrate their skill as both instructors and performers, exchange ideas and experience local culture. The event creates an environment that fosters anyone interested in Latin dance (irrespective of experience in dancing) to explore the various art forms of dance. More importantly, the creation of this event within the Caribbean region significantly reduces the need for participants to expend time, and resources travelling to the US or Europe to obtain high quality dance instruction. In a nation known for its rich diversity and multi-culturalism, Salsa Fiesta TnT seeks to provide a sustainable regional event where the love of dance transcends race, religion and cultural differences and where there can be mutual respect and appreciation of diverse expressions of the Latin dance artforms. Instructors are selected not only for their international recognition as performers but additionally for their proven excellence in instructing. Over the years, the Salsa Fiesta TnT team have been fortunate enough to host dance instructors from some of the best salsa venues in the world - USA, UK, France, Mexico, Spain, Cuba, Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic.
