Welcome, my name is Sam and I love creating BIPOC-centered spaces that allow people of color to feel seen, safe, and encouraged to rest!I am a licensed clinical social worker and holistic wellness practitioner committed to fostering safe spaces for collective healing in BIPOC communities. I am an advanced certified yoga instructor, meditation guide, and trauma-informed youth yoga educator. As a holistic therapist and mental health educator, my goal is to promote physical and mental well-being through the tools of mindfulness and movement.
