Hey YOU delightful soul,My name is Sara and here is a little bit about me:If that matters I have few academic degrees in Art and Psychology but 7 years ago when I just started practicing Yoga, Mediation and Sufi Dance, my whole life changed.These rich and ancient practices helped me quitting anti depression medications, leaving the relationship that wasn't mine, starting my new carrier and building a strong and safe foundation for who I really wanna be. 
And here I am, I love love love to get people together to explore vulnerability, strength, connectedness and peace through the frame of Yoga, Mediation and Dance.My favorite place to be is where people are gathered to sweat, breathe and break boundaries together.
