Sarah Hall is a partially retired equestrian who turned to meditation and various stress relieving modalities to offset the pressure of competing at the International Levels of Dressage competition. Through the process of assessing what “worked” and what did not, she discovered the World Center for Oneness in Southern India which is devoted to freeing people from stress in every aspect of their lives…physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. For the past 15 years, Sarah has been training with the Oneness founders, Sri Krishnaji and Sri Preethaji. She recently returned from a 6-month spiritual immersion program and is eager to introduce you to a greater sense of ease, peace and harmony. Sarah has taught the Stress Detox Course in New England, the Mid-Atlantic and the Midwest over the past 2 years with participants experiencing longlasting insights and well-being in their lives.
