Initially trained as a scientist, Sarah spent a transformative year in Bali, where she explored the deeper, non-physical dimensions of yoga. She completed her 200-hour and 300-hour teacher trainings at Radiantly Alive in Ubud and now shares a practice rooted in Vinyasa and Yin, emphasizing breath, presence, and inner strength.Sarah holds ERYT-200, RYT-500, and YACEP certifications through Yoga Alliance, and is also an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor. A passionate community leader, she regularly offers charity classes and serves as a yoga ambassador for Lululemon. In addition to yoga, she teaches HIIT and is dedicated to helping others reach their wellness goals.
