Seol Ah's Food Truck and Catering

Seol Ah's is a local Charleston food truck and catering service that specializes in korean corn dogs, and other korean street foods/traditional dishes. Lynn Hobart the owner of Seol Ah's moved here from NYC almost six years ago now and started her journey into the small business/food and bev scene not long after she came here. She saw a huge opportunity and need for the presence of korean food on the charleston food scene. That lack of korean and ethnic foods drove her to open Seol Ah's. She is now the only business in South Carolina that makes korean corn dogs. Lynn also does private catering, local restaurant guest chef pop ups. And her most recent goal and passion is to teach people how to make corn dogs and other korean dishes. Her main mission is to spread her love for korean food to anyone and everyone. She believes food is a way for people to not only connect and have fun, but to also learn about different cultures. When people tell Lynn they don't like corn dogs she is determined to change their minds, and she has been relatively successful in doing so since she has opened Seol Ah's.
