I am a 27-year-old Spanish wine professional based in Cork, Ireland, with formal training from the Escuela Española de Cata in Madrid—one of Spain’s foremost wine education institutions. There, I trained under some of the country’s most respected wine authorities and earned certifications in three specialized areas:-Climates and Soils of Spain, with a focus on terroir expression and viticultural impact-Advanced Wine Tasting, centered on organoleptic precision and technical evaluation-Wine Tasting Specialist, emphasizing structured methodology and professional tasting communicationCurrently, I design and lead guided wine tasting events in Cork, combining technical wine knowledge with engaging and educational experiences. I specialise in Spanish wine regions and D.O. classifications.
