Serving Sundays is a community for the "wellness curious" -- exploring, learning, and connecting to practices that benefit overall well-being. Sundays with us are dedicated to unwinding, mindfulness, self- exploration, adult joy, authentic connection, and exploring purpose.To do this, we use a mix ofcalming techniques, movement, workshops, guided conversations & more. This can look like a combination of breathwork, sound healing, fireside chats, workshops, guest speakers, stretching, yoga, hypnotherapy, and other unique wellness modalities.Our programming aims to strike the fine balance between safety and mystery... where our community can expect a unique experience each time with elements of familiarity.
