Welcome to my page!I run small group pottery experience sessions in the lovely coastal village of Shaldon, and organise the annual Shaldon Pottery FairMy name is Tina Hill-Art and I'm a ceramicist working from a small estuary-side studio in Shaldon.Selling via galleries, I hand-build forms and figurative /sculptural items using traditional sculpting, slab and coiled clay techniques and fired to high 'stoneware' temperatures. I prefer to leave sections unglazed, or decorate with matte tactile finishes reflecting the surrounding natural land and seascapes.I am an active member of the West Country Potters Association & a member of Devon Artist Network.(You can find me on Instagram & F/b: @shaldonpotterystudio & @shaldonpotteryfair)
