I’m Shan - Artist and Neuroscience nerd who has a love for all things ocean and landscape.I am combining my two loves of painting and neuroscience, to create events and experiences for people to build their mind-body connections as well as ignite them back into their creative energy.Workshops include a range of mindfullness techniques to bring you back into your body, and when used in combination with the already mindful act of painting, it works to create the ultimate nervous system reset to the relaxed state.This is my mission; to bring you back to the present moment and help you realise your potential has always been within you.
