Hello I‘m Shanie and I am a certified and registered Transpersonal Breathwork facilitator.My journey to Breathwork started in 2014. I was in a funk and knew something had to give. Having already experiencing Reiki, Pranic Healing and other modalities I was ready for something more. And that’s when my Breathwork journey started.With each Breathwork session I was able to release all the small and big hurts that I had been holding onto, recognising that holding onto those held feelings had done nothing but keep me stuck. I was so blown away by the simplicity and deeply transformational aspects that I spent 2 years and over 450 hours learning to become a Transpersonal Breathwork facilitator. Transpersonal Breathwork combines Breathwork and Shamanic practices.As I have sat with my pain, I too can sit with yours.
