Sheali Forsyth- Pregnancy & Birth Doula

Hello Utah County and beyond! I am a local prenatal and birth doula. I am passionate about serving women as they transform into mothers. I love partnering with other local businesses such as The Utah Birth Place to bring events that are fun, educational, or productive. I also teach "Mindfully Prepared Birth" to help expecting parents feel ready and even excited for the arrival of their baby. I am a mother myself of two children, so I aim to give mothers community and resources.
