My name isNatasha Fineand I want to meet people who have a desire to feel, and look better in a way like no other!I am the founder and Principal InstructoratKnoxville's Premiere Pole Fitness, and Boutique Dance Studio - Sheer Inspiration Pole Fitness.I started teaching Pole Dance in my apartment in 2008, and word gradually spread of the amazing benefits of Pole. In April of 2013, we were able to move into our beautiful new home in downtown Knoxville. Pole Dance for fitness is a workout for modern day women who are looking for a fun &effective way to get in shape, both inside and out!Our studio offers private and group instruction in all aspects of Pole Fitness & Dance, as well as Yoga and Fly Gym.I'm so happy to have the opportunity to share my 15+ years' experience with the Knoxville area.Private sessions are customized, individually geared to each student's goals and group sessions are a mix of movement, stretch, tricks and flows;as you move through my curriculum, you will learn, strengthen and progress together.All classes are scheduled on an appointment basis, so finding a time that works for everyone is easy and efficient.Pole and the Aerial Arts have been my passion for many years and sharing a passion is the purest form of honesty that I know.In addition to the overwhelming physical benefits, Pole Fitness helps improve confidence, self-esteem, and body image.When you feel comfortable in your own skin, and your sexuality becomes part of who you are, you begin to feel sensual, revitalized, and empowered. Sometimes women tend to feel a little repressed, but want to take control of their sexuality somehow.
