Hi Mom!My name is Silvia Medrano-Briceno and I will be your host. I have been a Fitness Coach specializing in Pregnancy and Postpartum for the last 6 years. During this time I have had the privilege of helping Mom's have a healthy pregnancy and feel strong and confident in their new body during their postpartum recovery. As a mom myself, helping women around the world and being able to guide them during this transformational process as well as live it firsthand has been life changing.
