Simple Meditation

My name is Jo Dwyer and I have an Advanced Diploma in Meditation as Lifestyle Medicine. I completed my training at the BioMedical Institute of Yoga and Meditation(BIYOME)in Upper Brookfield, Brisbane and am a registered teacher with Meditation Australia.During a five year period of chronic illness, I was led to meditation and quickly felt a deep connection to this ancient practice. Through my personal experiences and training, I have come to understand that we have the ability to change and heal ourselves.My teachers have taught me to keep the practice as simple as possible - so Simple Meditation it is.
