She has also been teaching at Scotland's best Yoga Studios and lecturing on recognised teacher training courses such as Classical Yoga School in Glasgow, Perth and London.Siobhan travels to India regularly for ongoing study working with scientists, doctors, and researchers at the top of their field. She graduated with 3 years of intensive research in this field and has been just over 19 years with her breath master.Anyone can learn a 20 minute daily routine to enhance their wellbeing. If they keep it up it has the power to be transformative.
