Peace! Solfr33 Yogi here! I am a certified yoga instructor in the Detroit area as well as online. I am also certified in Blac Thai Assisted stretch and I love to be of service! My mission is to provide health and wellness to all communities of people and ages through yoga and mindfullness meditation.
