Clarissa Torres is a spirit-led creative, intuitive healer, devotee of yoga, and conduit for ancient wisdom. With eight years of experience guiding people through moving meditations, she uses body-based modalities, rituals, and storytelling to cultivate community-based healing. Her intention is to encourage a conscious life journey that enhances one’s ability to self-actualize and experience wholeness. Inspired mainly by marginalized folks who often feel excluded from wellness spaces, she is committed to using her voice and gifts to support the collective's highest good. She is passionate about educating her community on their environment's impact on their ability to experience optimal health and aims to highlight the interconnectedness of well-being, self-realization, and progressive social change.
