Soma Wellness offers yoga, retreat and personal chef services based in Central Oregon. A self-started, female– owned company-- Samantha Freda is its Founder, Lead Yoga Facilitator and Head Chef.It began when Samantha opened a tiny cafe & bistro across the street from her favorite yoga studio, where community between the two spaces immediately began to build. Years later Samantha expanded her offerings to private chef work and pop up events, always staying close to yoga and its teachings.In 2022 she started hosting retreats, and immediately knew she had found a gift she was destined to continue offering. Samantha has since facilitated yoga and wellness retreats from Puerto Rico to the Pacific Northwest, and been the Chef on countless others. Samantha loves how this work combines all of her strengths, and she is so grateful to experience the connection and expansion that these types of containers create.It has been a blessed journey, full of lessons and growth, and the type of alignment that eventually landed Samantha and Soma Wellness in Bend, Oregon-- where both have been thriving ever since!
