Hey !I’m Weronika Maria—a London-based actress, yoga teacher, and creative facilitator originally from Poland. I offer Vinyasa and Mindfulness yoga classes, Full & New Moon Circles, and women’s somatic workshops wherever my mat takes me.My work is rooted in the belief that movement, breath, and creativity are powerful tools for self-discovery and healing. I invite people to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and arrive in the present moment through playful and intuitive practices.My classesare inspired by my artistic path and often explore themes drawn from nature, storytelling, and the cycles of the moon. I hold space that is inclusive and nurturing, where everyone is welcome—no matter where they are on their journey.SoulCanvasis my signature workshop for women, offering a holistic blend of yoga, intuitive dance, mindful movement, art therapy, meditation, and breathwork. Created from my own healing and creative journey, it’s a space for emotional release, reflection, and connection—with yourself and a supportive community.My missionis to create meaningful spaces for embodiment, creativity, and personal growth—where we can return to ourselves and live with more intention, joy, and presence.
