Soul of Nature

My life's journey has brought me to a point where I am ready to share my experience and skills to support others in their healing process with a focus on empowerment and encouragement.Previously, my career was dedicated to supporting children, young people and adults with additional learning needs, emotional and behavioural challenges and trauma. My previous experience has incorporated a trauma-informed and individual approach to the many that I have worked with, I am passionate about each one of us being totally unique and we have to find our own path through our journey in life. There are too many factors to put people into labelled boxes. The experiences and qualifications gained from this rewarding opportunity has helped me to gain a better understanding of human psychology, behaviours and effects of trauma and grief.Traumas in life are difficult, stressful and very challenging, but they can also bring opportunities to enable you to find your authentic strong self. The healing journey is not easy or quick, but so worthwhile pursuing and we are so much stronger than we give ourselves credit for.
