As a registered mental health nurse with over six years of experience in the NHS, I know firsthand how stress can wear you down. After struggling with burnout myself—trying to balance the demands of work, motherhood, and life in busy London—I turned to energy healing to find relief. I discovered that while Western medicine is great for treating acute mental health conditions, many women like me need holistic, preventative care to manage the day-to-day stress that can lead to burnout, insomnia, and anxiety.Since 2020, I have been offering Sound Healing in both 1:1 and group settings.
