Sound & Shadow Collective

We hope you'll join us and sing with Sound & Shadow Collective. Don't worry, it's not really “singing”, just hum, tone, om, or hold vowel sounds over a drone instrument while envisioning the harmony we desire to see in the world.S&SC hosts live-stream meditations which we post on YouTube, Instagram, and tiktok as well as in-person group meditations and sound baths. Our in-person and live-stream events are posted on Facebook and Meetup. * Our in-person events are currently only in Portland, Oregon, but we're working on expanding world-wide! Reach out if you would like to host in your area!Our mission is to encourage at least 13% of the population to sing from their heart while holding a vision of harmony for all, with the belief that if we sing in harmony together, we'll stop killing and hurting each other. We call this Songs of Anahata.*Anahata is the Sanskrit word for the heart chakra. It also means unstruck or unhurt. We are mending all broken hearts.
