SWIFT is proud to play a leading role in the design and delivery of professional development for schools in Devon, Plymouth and Torbay. Our vision is to create world-class opportunities for staff to learn, develop and connect so that all children, especially the disadvantaged, achieve the best educational outcomes. Our two Teaching School Hubs - Colyton and Kingsbridge - combine to ensure that the programmes that make up the new professional development framework for ITT, Early Career and NPQs are contextualised for the schools in the region and delivered by local experts. Our wider partnership of Trusts, Research School and Curriculum Hubs, provides a wider framework of high quality professional development, supported by the option of our unique membership service.
