Special Oral Care Network

The special oral care network (SOCN) is a registered charity under the Charity Act 1994, and is governed by the Ministry of Health. SOCN started its operations in 2020 December as a registered society under the Society Act 1966. It is also registered as an approved CPD provider by the Singapore Dental Council, approved as a Giving.SG City of Good organisation, and an international member of the International Association of Disability and Oral Health.The SOCN seeks to improve oral care of vulnerable populations in Singapore through supporting locally-sensitive solutions - through advocacy, providing training, supporting standards, create platforms for communication and collaboration, advocacy, and synergising with friends in the wider ASEAN region.
