Hello beautiful souls! I AM Stasha a Kundalini Yoga & Meditation teacher, Board Certified Natural Health Coach, Detoxification Specialist and Iridologist. I am a founder of Inspire Yoga & Wellness studio that is a place to relax, rejuvante, heal and grow. We offer detoxification and iridology readings that are part of our health coaching programs. Also, we have yoga & meditation room where we come together for Kundalini yoga and meditation classes, sound healing sessions, breathwork sessions, cacao cermonies and community gatherings.
