Stephen Norcross - Pioneer Missioner in West BlackburnStephen Norcross is the Pioneer Missioner dedicated to fostering community and sharing the love of Jesus in the West Blackburn area. Having spent most of his life in Cherrytree and Feniscowles, Stephen brings a deep connection and understanding to his work, aiming to create meaningful, inclusive spaces for community growth.With seven years of experience as the full-time pastor at Community Church Blackburn, Stephen is passionate about community engagement and compassionate outreach. He is also a trustee of the ARC Project, a Methodist-founded charity that supports refugees and asylum seekers, and he co-founded Kairos Housing, which helps refugees find housing solutions in the area.Stephen believes in the importance of building relationships and creating welcoming spaces for people from all backgrounds. Outside of work, he enjoys music, walking, and connecting with others over shared interests. Through his events, Stephen hopes to bring people together, foster friendships, and demonstrate the message of Jesus in practical, impactful ways.
