The Art Department, Paisley Ltd is a year round creative enterprise that runs art galleries, exhibitions, creative learning workshops and events. We work with a range of professional artists to deliver our FREE programme and our participants are drawn from far and wide, are of diverse interests, pursuits and backgrounds. We offer blended learning environment that is social, suportive and non-judgemental. Many of our artists and participants are encouraged show work in our major annual exhibition, The Big Art Show.As an equalities organisation we focus on those with the Protected Characteristics and our mission is “the achievement and celebration of equality through the arts with a particular emphasis on the lives, work, and experiences of those communities from . We engage, advocate, and work with people from diverse communities and we do this by promoting, presenting, and producing social, cultural and educational activities.”
