It's been developed with and for local people and the creative community to build an exceptional communal resource for entertainment and learning. Based in the heart of Merseyway Shopping Centre, Stockroom is a welcoming space for all - whether you're visiting our Children's library with family, attending an event, need a quick coffee break mid-shop, or returning a book.
