SVT Activity & Wellness HUB

The SVT Activity & Wellness HUB is a vibrant, energetic, inclusive hub that links three communities in a rural area of Co.Laois – Stradbally, Vicarstown and Timahoe.The SVT HUB promotes all physical activities in the areas while also ensuring the health and wellbeing and social needs of the communities are reflected.Our hub is in our second year and continues to make great strides in health & wellbeing, and successes to date include Gatherings For Older Adults, Casual Fun Cycling, Youth Sports Leader Programs, Wellness Boards, Canoeing & Kayaking, Walking & Running Groups, our amazing Halloween Spook-tacular Steam Train Event, as well as lots of new and exciting activities that give people of all ages and abilities an opportunity to get active.We’re funded by Laois Sports Partnership though Sports Ireland Dormant Account Funding, and supported by Laois County Council.
